another mission accomplished

everyone, now lets do the math

this picture....

this is a wild boar

and this picture

these are the monkeys

what are the two pictures have in common???

the answer is.....

we can see them both in front of our chalet in

B.A.K.O

YAATTTA!!!

Lalu KP tergelak dengan keji...hahahaha..

yes, that is absolutely right. we went to Bako yesterday. it was fun. we left the house on 17th may 2009 around 2pm, went to the Bako jetty by taxi. (initial plan was to go there by bus, to make it more adventurous but since the taxi also on the way to Bako to pick up customer and he offered us with quite a reasonable fare, so we just went on with that. RM10 per person to the jetty)

we took the semi D chalet, cost RM50 per room. they also have a house and dorm for accomodation. the boat ride was fun. and guess what we found??? a crocodile!!!!!....but a tiny one.
the boat ride only took about hmmmm...less than 1 hour. 30-40minutes?or even less. i am not sure. i was awestrucked by the beautiful scenery hence i don't care about the time.

click, and click...our babies never stop clicking.

ahhhhh....buaya!!!!!!
the room was not at the best. i dislike the bathroom. not suitable for a long stay. yeiuw....another word of advice, DO NOT drink directly from the tap water. please make sure it is boiled.

And yeah. beware. the monkeys and wildboars may welcome you when you go to your chalet. hence be careful with your bags and stuffs. they can smell foods.

once we arrived, we were really hungry because we skipped lunch. but please, don't do that if you come to Bako. please fill your stomach before you come because the food from the cafe was aweful. the best we had there was a maggi mee. but if you intend to stay there ala survivor then it may be ok for you. but for us who rarely eat in the hospital and to have that kind of food during our only holiday, it does matters for us. WE WANT BETTER FOOD!!

the scenery was spectacular. the beach was so clean. a nice place to relax your mind or to make new friends.....and KP had a scandal. hehehe....

theme song for KP..aku scandal from Hujan...
"kan ku berikan semua.....agar kau gembira sentiasa...engkau tetap pergi...pergi meninggalkan ku sendiri..." lalalalala

yes...so relaxing while wacthing the sunset...

later that night we went for a night walk....hehehe...scary??? the officer told us if you are lucky you might find any wild animals during the walk...hmmm...define lucky?..if lucky is defined as you might see tiger and he bite your leg, then i don't want to be lucky. but thank God, we were half lucky. we saw a red-eyed fox, a geko (a small frog), walking stick, praying mantis and leech. and yeah a pretty big scorpion too.

the next day we went for jungle trekking. we decided for Tajor trail because we wanted to see the waterfall. (nak mandi waterfall...) and at the same time we do want to see the famous sea stack as shown in the internet. but anyway, the waterfall won. for your information, there are a lot of trails in Bako and each trail will gives you a different kind of views and beauty. that is why one day trip is not enough though.

the trail was not that difficult. it is easy to follow. the one that we went was 4km trail. kinda tiring though. but one of the best thing about this trail was, after all the difficulties in climbing those steep track and then you will reach this magnificent place called padang....and you will say

SUGOIIII
SUBHANALLAH
CANTIKNYA
DAMN BEAUTY
OMG

ETC

i am in the centre of the world.

we continue our journey and we saw lots of interesting things. thank God no wild animals around and disturb us. after 3.5km walk, we finally arrived to the waterfall. the outcome was dissapointment. it was not as what we imagine; big waterfall with big pool and crystal clear water. but instead we saw the opposite. the waterfall was not that big, the water was brownish in colour (i don't know why, KP said it must be due to the algae. but still it is not nice to see). we were a bit dissapointed initially (penat tau jalan...habis lemak aku terbakar). so we decided to continue our walk to Tajor cape which is another 1/2 km from the waterfall. and guess what, the walk was worth it and all the efforts we took was paid with the most amazing untouched private beach. SUGOIIII...again, i repeat. Tajor cape is a small beach, untouched, and NO ONE was there except us. it was sooooo cool. as if it was our beach. our private beach.

our private beach. we name it as KP and Wani properties. all right reserved.

KP can practice her ninjutsu, or yoga everyday here.

We went back by bus. the latest bus available is at 6pm, bus number 6 from Bako. it was an old bus and the ride was quite bumpy. when we arrived at Kuching, it was raining heavily. and we walk back home in the rain (macam zaman kanak2). Thank God, Alhamdullillah, we both save. we had lots of fun in Bako and we plan to go again. to go to the other trails. maybe it sound childish but i wish everyday is a holiday. sigh..

lets go again???
