what if something or someone you love so much disappeared instantly in one day. or when you wake up one day you feel that you parents left you, or your cat died, or both of your eyes are blind. or your DSLR just got stolen.(arghhhhhhhh) heartbroken? disbelief? hoping it is just a scary dream?what if you encounter such condition? hence how do you react? how do you feel?

a 4year old child. was previously well. active and happy child. she had a high grade fever for 2 days before she came to us and slight cough. noted 1 episode of fit on the way to hospital. upon arrival, child was still ok but look weak. probably the after effect from the fit. noted the temperature was very high that time. so panadol and sponging given. however, since after admission around 11pm (3/9/09), child already had few episodes of fit and now the conscious level deteriorating. at 4am, child was unconscious, slow heart beat and blood pressure drop. CPR was done and child was intubated. after resuscitating, once the child more stable, upon eye examination noted bilateral retinal hemorrhage and the eyes are fixed and dilated.

currently, child still intubated, on 4 inotropes (medications given to increase the blood pressure and to help the heart to pump) but BP keep on crushing, pupils are dilated and fixed for nearly 5hours, no own breathing noted as the breathing relies on machine, no gag reflex and all limbs are paralyse. in conclusion, child is in coma or nearly going off.

who would have thought that the child may deteriorate that fast.
who would have thought that you are going to lose your love one in 5hours.
who would have thought that the last time she asked you for a drink was the last words she said to you.
who would have thought that she's gonna leave you in just 1 day.
who would have thought that this Syawal, you going to celebrate it with one person less and one more grave to visit.

what if you got the chance to say a proper goodbye?
what are you going to say to her?
what will you do?

death comes without warning. so, if you still got the chance, tell the persons that you love how you feel. everyday. that you love them so much. because you will never know when will be the last time you will say that to them.

just a ride

tough dude. it was tough. this whole week has been the most unluckiest and the most depressing moments i've ever have in my whole life. so depressing that i have to take an EL today. my first ever EL. i'm glad i did it. i don't really care about the consequences for now. 1)first, my rushie went down the drain. yes. shocking!!!. it was 5 in the morning. i never realized that there was a drain in front of the house until last monday. it was a disaster. and i was oncall on that day. they have this stupid rules that those oncall housemen need to take blood very very early in the morning. so i was panic. thank God to Minah gitar karat who was oncall the day before for helping me with the blood. (nanti aku belanje makan, hehe.) i already considered late to work and bam, both rushies' front tires in the drain. but i must say Toyota's service is so great. i called the service center and in minutes they sent me a tow truck, tell me the procedure so that i can claimed my insu

Bleach Frenzy

While admiring the newest character in Bleach, Shukuro Tsukishima, suddenly had an idea. What if Bleach turns into live action movie or drama, who should be in the cast? After a very intensive and long hours research, I came out with this list. Unfortunately, i can only able to come out with some of the characters. It was a very tough decision indeed. 1) Kurosaki Ichigo I couldn't find any Japanese actor that can fit for Ichigo. Well, most of them think that Ikuta Toma may have a chance for it but, errr he is not quite really. None. That's final. they may need to use CGI for Ichigo's character. He is so perfect in the manga and anime!! Ichigo has a very serious face but Toma-kun looks cute. So I don't think he is suitable to be Ichigo. 2) Inoue Orihime - Triendl Reina Initially i was thinking of the sweet haruka ayase or ayumi hamazaki.
