Zedzians Rocked HongKong Shenzen - Around the world in 3hours!

Sorry for the long silent, with hectic days at work with lots of annoying things happened lately, I forgot to continue with the trip.
Lets continue

Day 4 (25th June 2012)
Gooood Morning Shenzen!!!
At 4th day of the trip, we could feel our body gave up on us. All those muscle sores, felt like want to tear them apart. But trip must go on.
We had breakfast at the hotel. I was so shockingly happy that they served sweet potato for breakfast! All of us only had bread and butter.

Nancy picked us up at about 9am. We went to Jade Museum. It was kind of like the Jewelry museum aka shop that we went in Hong Kong. We learned a lot of new things about Jade; how to determine a good expensive jade etc. After that quick lesson about jade, we were ushered to the next room where they sell all types of jade. Jade earrings, jade necklace and jade and jade and jade! Ibu bought piece of pendant and ring to be made as pusaka and will be diperturunkan to future generations (dengan alasan daripada beli bende yg bukan2, ie bag jimmy choo or channel baik beli jed ni..but...she still bought those bags?..simplest explanation - woman!)

Me, Babah, Aman and Ami not really a fan of jade (my jewelry consist of cheap leather bangles and RM3.90 worth of earring) so we had small sips of tea that was also provided there. We had like 4,5,6,7 or maybe 10sips of tea and we i could feel the slimming effect of it (they claimed that the tea can make me slimmer...)

Ajat? Helping ibu out choosing the perfect jade for her. Ajat?

Next, we went to this Chinese ginseng shop. We were brought by Nancy to met this a Senseh or Chinese traditional medical practitioner. So here goes, by palpating my father's pulse, the senseh gave 1000types of diagnosis and came out with one best solution...to buy his ginseng and medical herbs! Because we don't give a damn and we acted so uninterestedly, in the end, the senseh gave up and ushered us out to the Ginseng shop they had outside. We just took a glance and left. Haha, sorry. It just that we don't really feel like having Ginseng.

Nancy was quite surprised to find that we ended the trip early.
She said with his understandable broken English that its a government policy to NOT sell a grade A (aka the original) stuffs like bags or clothes. So most bags you could find in China are all class B stuff. BUT!!!

Some of them illegally sold them in a very secretive place. and we went to that place!
You know like in the movie where you pull out a book from the shelves and it slides side way or open up to a room! We had that kind of experience. We enter a lingerie shop but when they open the cupboard, it led us to a room full of leather bags, wallet etc from Channel, Dolce etc. Ibu had one and babah had a Tshirt.
 Seriously it was AWESOME!

Next after lunch, we went to Windows Of The World. We were given 3hours to jalan2 in hundred acres theme park! We couldn't finish to tour the whole area. We missed Niagara falls and Pyramid and Mount Rushmore.
LOVE!!!!!! the Japanese Park, made you feel like in Japan!
Love to go to the place again!!!
We shot lots of pictures but all of us were very tired, Ami couldn't even lift a muscle! Poor Ami!

We need to shop some souvenirs for love ones at home so Nancy brought us to Dongmen Street. The street was awesome. I like it. The best place ever if you want to stalk people! But we couldn't find any, seriously, not lying, couldn't find a shop that sells keychains for souvenir, or the I-Love-Tshirt or those fridge magnets. I was quite annoyed that most of the shopkeepers or the lady promoter didn't know English at all. Kind of destroyed the mood to shop.

We had our dinner before we headed home. But we still want to buy some souvenirs so me,Ajat and Ibu went back to Louhu commercial centre (the place we went on the first night we arrived Shenzen). We couldn't find any descent shop to buy for souvenir. Pretty disappointed.  When we wanted to take taxi back home, we were declined by most of the taxi drivers because they couldn't understand us. Ridiculous isn't it? So we said we will write it down. But once Ajat just, i mean just wrote the letter C in the paper, all of them back off because they couldn't read other than chinese character! What the FUCK! and my smart ass phone turned down on me when the battery was dead exactly at that crucial time.
So lesson of the story, GOOGLE TRANSLATE IS YOUR BUDDY! MOST IMPORTANT BUDDY!

We went back all tired. Ibu and I planned to pack our bag the next morning. Because all of us nak collapsed!

Sad but happy to go home!
