1 raison - i was informed by 2 of my colleagues today that they wanted to go to Bau. i was fine with that but with 1 condition. since labour ward has a shortage of housemen (as most of them taking leaves for chinese new year), i wanted them to call anyone from wards to cover labour ward because it was quite hectic and i wanted them to make sure that the persons they designated to beto be present in labour ward before they leave. however, later i found out that I WAS LEFT IN LABOUR WARD ALONE!!! and at that time, pile of cases need to be clerked, few patients need review and lots of other works to do. ended up with my MOs did most of the work. Should i get angry? do i have the license to kill someone for this reason? i also found out that i have to resit for my ASSessment next week and the person that annoyed me so much passed. there goes my mood, in the drain. 2 raison - i called hemato lab for a test i sent TWO HOURS prior to the call. i was informed by the staff that they didn't...

i thought i am in Gaza right now i thought i heard bombs, jets, guns non stopping firing since late evening but it wasn't it just people playing firecrackers..its new year ma.. weird? but true i never thought i'm going to say this but... i had a fun call last night i worked with fun reliable persons yesterday plus less workload but lots of fun it was fun less sleep as usual but i was happy (except that i'm still mad at Darrel for not letting me to do LSCS yesterday..huh) other than that, it was a fine call (Sally belanja pizza!!!..yeah..that amoy just so cute..) anyway.. today i went to Hospital Bau with Mr Tan CW and one of my MO mission: to sterilize few women in Bau because their husbands are to0 scared and selfish to offer vasectomy for themselves. FYI, me and my collleague both post call my first impression of Hospital Bau, it was a very small cute hospital, very tranquil, relaxing. they only have like 1 ward for female (may consist of like 20beds? per ward) and all the cases from surgery, medical, etc will be warded there and same goes to the male ward. i was able to ligate 4 tubes that day under subconcious level. the one thing i incidentally f...

i was clerking a patient and this is what i found in her antenatal book she had few episodes of epistaxis (nosebleed) during pregnancy but no other bleeding tendency problem. she went to see this doctor at clinic and this was what the doctor wrote in the plan " don't pick up nose" and that's it. no other medical plan or even "nonmedical" plan. it sure hell of greatest plan ever. but sure it does work. no picking no bleed. and logic as well.

one sentence is enough to summarize this film. HUGH JACKMAN IS SO FRIGGING HOT!!!!!! oooo...SEXY dripping, drooling, drop it like it hot kinda hot honestly, story wise, i don't really get it. i don't really get what are they trying to convey from the story. but if the purpose is to show the world how hawt HUGH JACKMAN is, then i totally agree. suit the title of THE SEXIEST MAN ALIVE.. another credit for this movie is the scenery. actually a credit for the country itself as the places they showed in the movie are just so beautiful. SUBHANALLAH. storyline, just so plain and boring. if it is not because of HUGH JACKMAN, i probably not going to watch this movie. just a simple love story. soothing?..maybe..drooling?? plus2..ngeh ngeh..bitchy.. huh..with lots of bills to settle and lots of other important stuff to buy, i think i have to postpone my DSLR. i've tried my friend's before i think, if i really want to have one right now, i need to spend few thousands more for the l...
